Assistant Manager - Entry Level
Our firm is seeking an Entry Level Assistant Manager who can assist in our clients' direct communication strategies by working with our sales, customer service, and management teams. The Entry Level Assistant Manager will monitor the sales strategy and implementation to evaluate progress and determine changes in the running and focus of the sales campaigns managed. We are looking for an entry-level potential employee who will provide support to our fast-growing team.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Assistant Manager:
- Initiate communication with local consumers, translating the introduction of client products and services into sales
- Build and maintain positive professional relationships with team members, customers, and clients to ensure seamless customer acquisition, maximize ongoing productivity, and exceed sales targets
- Generating new client portfolio reports and organize client data
- Participate in cross-training and perform other duties as assigned.
- Communicate confidently with the sales team and account managers to facilitate new campaign discussions and communicate business messages
Entry Level Assistant Manager Requirements:
- College Degree preferred
- Leadership skills
- Ability to adapt to a variety of people
- Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or associated fields
- Winning attitude and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction
- Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment
