Entry Level Management Trainee

Management Trainee Responsibilities:
- Utilize a direct communication strategy to introduce client products and services to customers within the local area and generate sales
- Review customer service and sales procedures daily or weekly with all appropriate team members
- Maintain a positive, productive culture among all team members
- Train all new team members on company policies & procedures
- Encourage teamwork, positivity, and accountability among all team members
- Hold regular meetings to hold the team accountable, train on new or existing policies and sales procedures, maintain morale, and ensure the team is operating at the highest possible level.
- Maintain accurate and timely records on all campaign processes and team members
Management Trainee Position Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Management, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or a similar field of study is preferred but not required
- 1+ years experience in a customer service, sales, marketing, hospitality, or client support role
- Enjoy meeting and interacting with people, both with customers and within the office
- Ability to demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor
- Ability to implement customer service and sales practices when given the proper instruction
- Reliability in time management and collaboration with members of your client and sales teams
