Responsibilities of Our Brand Associates:
- Be the liaison between our clients and their customers
- Meet face-to-face with client customers and discuss telecommunication services and sales opportunities
- Enhance the customer experience and build customer loyalty by employing active listening and helping to solve their service problems
- Assist customers in selecting their product and sales options that best suit their technology and communications needs
- Facilitate the effective post-sales service process by following up via client-provided devices and platforms
Qualifications for our Brand Associate:
- Higher Education degree OR at least one year of experience in customer service or sales
- The ability and willingness to travel
- Show a competitive nature which may include a sports or military background
- Remarkable problem-solving skills
- Attentive to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Motivated and eager to learn
