We are seeking a Sales Assistant that comes from a hospitality background to increase brand awareness, educating newcomers of our company culture, and tracking activity. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, engaging, and enjoy interacting with others. The Sales Assistant will provide their product expertise to promote a positive customer experience and brand image for our clients.
Responsibilities of the Sales Assistant:
- Generate sales opportunities through direct introduction of client products and services
- Identify and engage with key client personnel
- Build and maintain relationships with managers
- Thoroughly understand products to inform potential customers
- Accurately track and communicate all activity with the team
- Provide feedback on various factors regarding demographic data, sales metrics, and customer insights
- Communicate with the marketing team and other Sales Assistants frequently
- Perform other job-related duties as required
Sales Assistant Experience/Requirements:
- Highly motivated self-starter capable of working independently and in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships
- High level of professionalism and enthusiasm
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to have a flexible schedule and travel frequently
